It is the combination of her experience as a nutritional therapist, coach and human givens psychotherapist and counsellor, along with her extraordinary life experiences and her deep personal faith, that gives her the edge in helping people achieve their maximum potential.

In 2008 she won the CAM (Complimentary and Alternative Medicine) Award for the Best UK Practice.

She has seen clients from all over the country as well a zoom clients who contact her from overseas. She has been invited to do talks and conferences at home and in places as far away as Norway, New Zealand and Costa Rica.

Christine uses her training, experience and creativity to help people achieve their very best. She is comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, coming alongside and walking with them at the particular stage of their own personal journey.

Having taken a few years break from her therapy practice, she has now relocated to the beautiful highlands of Scotland, where she works part-time from home and on-line.

" Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general physical and emotional health. If you feel that you would benefit from my support, then it would be my sincere hope that by working with me you would quickly recover a sense of equilibrium and get back on track. It is my hope that as we work together, you can be equipped with the understanding and tools necessary to help you navigate future challenges, improve your health (physical, mental and emotional) and help you move forward with your life."
